There are a wide range of finishes which can be applied to the castings, these include sandblast in many formats, hand polishing, electro-polishing, anodising, painting, and chemical treatments including phosphate and moly coating. A full range of services is available.

Total Service Package

A major factor in the growth of Opticast is the company’s commitment to the “total service package”, encouraging close collaboration throughout design, development and manufacturing. To take this one stage further we have formed proven and close working relationships with manufacturing facilities for the supply of aluminium castings from other manufacturing methods (I.e Sand and die castings) throughout the world, particularly in the far east.
